Loaptop crashing

Hi all,
Having home real problems with my laptop. Ive had it serviced and new cooling grease. The tecs have told me there is nothing they can do, as they dont known whats causing it. On idle it's fine. But when you open a window or windows its not long before it shuts down. I have just formated and put a freah copy of window, and its still doing the exact same. Plz help

Temps may not be an issue at all.

cmd -> eventvwr.msc

go to the System Log and look for Errors.

• open, copy to the clipbook, paste into Notepad
• repeat for three or four errors.

paste the notpad contents as your follow-up
