Ok, so this is what I did. The other day my pc was infected with a virus, so I started a scan and got "rid of it" but I noticed that they were a lot of programs running on task manager so I started to delete the ones I did not recognized and one of them was the spoolsv.exe on system32. When I wanted to print a document it said that no printers were installed so I went to devices and printers and add a printer and I get a message: "windows cant open add printer. the Local Print Spooler Service is not running." So I got another windows 7 pc and I tried copying the spoolsv and spoolss.dll from that pc to the one with the problem and I'm still getting the same problem. I appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
