Local Print Spooler Service is not running

Ok, so this is what I did.
The other day my pc was infected with a virus, so I started a scan and got "rid of it" but I noticed that they were a lot of programs running on task manager so I started to delete the ones I did not recognized and one of them was the spoolsv.exe on system32. When I wanted to print a document it said that no printers were installed so I went to devices and printers and add a printer and I get a message: "windows cant open add printer. the Local Print Spooler Service is not running." So I got another windows 7 pc and I tried copying the spoolsv and spoolss.dll from that pc to the one with the problem and I'm still getting the same problem.

I appreciate any help.

Thanks in advance.

Locate Control Panel and open Administrative Tools. Double click Services and look down the list for Print Spooler. Right click, select Properties and you'll find options to start the service.
