Looking for good Gigabit wired router

Not too many choices for Gigabit wired routers....looking for quality equipment without breaking the bank and easy to manage for a non-tech type like me. Any good recommendations?

OK....settled for the TP-Link TL-R600VPN. My ASUS dual band 3x3 wireless gigabit router worked fine for wireless devices and ethernet-connected devices. Plugged in the new TL-R600VPN router and can't get a connection to the internet. Running a Motorola surfboard SB6141 modem that worked fine with the ASUS. Plugged the SB6141 into WAN port on the TL-R600VPN and devices into the LAN ports. Network in Windows 7 shows that PC is connected to router but no connection from router to internet, hence no devices are operable. I have Time Warner Cable 300 connection that was very fast with the ASUS. Any suggestions?
