Looking for SMTP Server

Looking for smtp server for sending an 100,000 email address or bulky email address. Can you give me an idea or something, because recently, our company just purchased sendblaster with the feature of the following:
500,000 relay/month
IP Dedicated
No daily limitations.

and in just 4 days our account just permanently closed due to spamming activity and classified account as seriously abusive one that's the report of their anti-abusive team report. Attached is report of the said senblaster account.

Bulk email like this is classified as SPAM by almost all ISPs. Even if YOUR isp did not, massive emails from your account would be SPAM to a great many POP3 or IMAP servers, so you're fighting an uphill battle.

What kind of business would be producing 100k emails at the same time?
