Lately, my fps in WoW sometimes pushes 20 but my average is around 10-13 fps. On raids, it is much worse. I get below 8 fps. I've done everything possible to raise the fps but not much works. All settings are set for low, res is set at 800 x 600, turned off v-sync and turned off some background programs. Also, there isn't any difference in fps having addons on or having just the default blizz bars and such. Anyone have any suggestions?

P4 2.8mhz, 800 fsb
2gb Corsair 3200 Ram
Gigabyte Ga-8IPE100 MB
Radeon x1600 256mb Vid Card
200gb Sata Hard drive
Cable; average 7mb down; 500k up

You probably have spyware. Try downloading hijackthis. Run a scan and post the log in our security and the web forum.
