Lowering bandwidth

Hi all,
there are 3 pc's connected to the internet through 1 switch at my home
one is mine,1 of my uncle and they other one my baby brother.
i'm usually one the net working on a project for school and they are always downloading big files my connection is only 128kb/s.
can you tell me how i can decrease a litte of there bandwith so that i can browes the net faster. they are using p2p network for downloading. :bounce:

get a specialized router and set there ip to a given download speed
or make your machine the server/router to set there speeds

yep, p2p downloading music/videos is a bandwidth killer!
Make'm use dial-up -- the problem will solve itself :haha:
