Is it possible to load virtual pc for mac onto winxp home

Are you meaning like a MacOS emulator for WindowsXP? Or are you for some odd reasong trying to run windows on windows?

I have winxp on a pentium 4.I have a Connectix virtual pc for mac version 5.Is it possible to install mac on winxp,so then I can install a virtual win95 and windos?.Thanks for your interest
