Major Problems

I have a Gateway Comp and i am ReBuilding the Hole Comp.I Purchased a new mobo ddr2 mem and a New harddrive[allready installed windows on earlyer].Now i Correctly installed the Mobo on the Case Correct.and I put in the CD for the Mobo Drivers and i do all the Junk as it says.And i get a Loop from where the CD Screen starts to the Windows Screen then Loops Back.So i Need abit of help.The Board i have is a Intel E6600.If you need anymore info on the problem or my Comp parts Please Tell me.And any Help Fixing this loop from hell would be Verry Helpful Before i Pull out all my hair thx.
