Making a searchable database that is easy to edit.

    Hi guys,
    I want help to make a database that i can search for parts, and it displays they're quantities. Im not genius at this sort of thing, but i have Vb 2005 Express beta and MS access. Or is there a way to do this using PHP.

    E.g.
    A search for "IDE" might produce.
    IDE screws ------------32
    IDE 32speed cd-rom ---01
    IDE 40speed cd-rom ---01
    IDE cable -------------06
    IDe face plate --------04

    and so on with other things.
    is there a simple way to do this, or is it more complex requiring, an executable file?
