Inactive Malware causes spike in svchost.exe program please help

My pc is running on windows 7 and is having an issue where the svchost.exe escalates it's memory usage and maxes out my cpu until it causes the computer to crash. I do not know what to do.

Currently running malware bytes scan in order to generate a log.

I'm being forced to actively end any svchost.exe that runs over 100,000 memory usage in order to keep the PC running.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
