Malware removal with 3 logs

What was your system running like before you posted the logs? your logs don't appear to have any implications of viruses in them....and you are sure you completely uninstalled AVG before installing Avira, right?

While you wait for someone to get to you, if I may offer a few suggestions...
1. Your symptoms that brought you here might be helpful.
2. If your AV has removed anything it might be helpful to note that. Any other actions you have taken might also be helpful.
3. It looked like your SAS log was only part of the log.
Looks like you still have remnants of AVG even though your current AV is Avira?
Having two av products on board at the same time can leave you less secure, not more, as the two products may conflict with each other.
Uninstall one or the other…
If you choose to Uninstall your AVG Antivirus, (if not already done…) Then also run the removal tool

Here is the 64Bit version: http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/avg_arv_sup_____.dir/avgremoverx64.exe
Looks like you have an HP computer and that you may not have made your recovery CD?
