Inactive Malwarebytes been running for 2 and half hours

Hi Guys
I think I have a virus browsers not opening, software won't run(though not sure if that has anything to do with a virus) but machine really really slow. and malwarebytes won't finish been running now the best part of 3 hours
stuck on the heuristic analysis, any ideas on what I can do ?

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
Try to run MBAM from safe mode.
How to start Windows in Safe Mode
