Manhattan Plaza HD

Hi all

I am using the manhattan plaza HD FREESAT box but when I'm watching program's the box seems to act as thought it has cut off and I see the blue screen on my TV. This happens momentarily but is annoying. Tonight I was watching ITV+1 and during the adverts the above happened 13 times, during the program it happened 3 times. In the back of the manhattan freesat box, I have the scart plugged in from my TV and the aerial coming from my satellite dish.....Am I missing something??

I'm in US so what we use is different, but I would recommend powering off and then loosening and re-tightening all connections as it sounds like it was working well and has deteriorated recently. Check cables for sharp twists or cuts. It might also be that the dish has been moved slightly (high winds, branches, etc). Other than that, there is a short 'troubleshooting' section at the end of the Users Guide
