Many Problems Need Help

OK, the only reason i joined this site is because i have a problem noone seems to be able to help with. I downloaded lime wire and uninstalled it after realizing it sucks, now i get a window that says its having a launcher error every 5 min. Its like its still trying to open even though its not there, so i tryed to end its process with the task manager only to find out it wont pop up for some reason!
Then i typed in tskmngr in the run thing and it said another program is using this already! And Im like WTF!!?? so pleasse i need some help....
