Mapping

I am having trouble mapping the network drives on this computer. I have a windows file server running windows sever 2003. There are about 7 computers and 2 laptops and a wireless router connected to it through a dell switch. All of the computers are connected through the same domain and share drives off the server. I just reformated one of the computers and connected through the wireless connection. When I go to map the drives on it the server isnt showing up in the mappable drives. It shows up and allows me to map then when im using a wired connection but as soon as I connect wirelessly the drives disapear and I can no longer access them. My laptop is maped and views them over the wireless connection but for some reason they are not showing for this desktop. What do I do?

Never mind the server magicly appeared the next time I tried.
