    i have a dell latitude 820 model ev620 that i inherited from my dad after he passed away. but its useless right now because he has a password protect on the whole system hd,cd dvd rom, and bios, i heard there are ways past that where you can reset the password but i dont know how .can anyone give me a hand it would be greatly appreciated.ive heard that rustaf has been pretty sucessful in helping others with the same situation. rustav if your out there plz. help thanks. my name is joe. my comp. is a dell latitude 820 model ev620 service tag is 7575DC1 EXPRESS SERVICE CODE IS 15551815105
