Maya/MotionBuilder/Fluent/Gambit problem

I have two different software suites installed on my xp pro, and they dont work together. maya and fleunt both run on the same license FLEXLM and i cant get both of them to work at the same time. its quite annoying. can anyone help me? cheers.
