Media player 9 help needed

  1. Nightmare197 Newcomer, in training

    have a weird issue with mediaplarer 9 it used to play my movies fine but now it chops out about half or 2/3 screen sice of the movie i used to see in full before... any idea what might cause that.. tryed a reinstall.. did nothing.. any idea ... thanks

    Are you in full screen mode? If so then it's probably a refresh rate issue with the monitor adjustments for the screensize. Try the 60Hz adjustments in RivaTuner to get your monitor modes set.

    No it was not the resolution or refresh it was the zoom app for videos with my nvidia dets.. fount it it was playing a 1/2 of the normal screen... :eek:P
    took me some time but ressolved it...
