How to fix it?

Uninstall your drivers and update to the latest driver. See if that helps

Click on your start menu. Then scroll up to control panel. Then click on it. Once the window for the control panel opens. Click on Device mangers. Once this window opens click on Network adapters. Once it opens. Click on the driver Tab. Then scroll down to uninstall. But before you do this. Make sure you have a driver for it. If its a retail computer. Go to the manufactures web site and click on support. From there enter your model number and such. This should bring up drivers for your computers . Network Adapter.
