I here with attaching the complete memory dump results and I request someone to assist me in finding the problem. I appreciate your every effort to solve this BSOD on windows 2000 server.

From your debug.txt file I see Mvstdi5x.sys listed as the bugcheck.

This appears to be the mini-firewall driver in Mcafee antivirus. I would unload antivirus from the server appliance and see how it runs for a few days. If everything works OK, I would reapply the antivirus program and apply an update to it after production hours. Let us know if this fixes you up.
