Memory for XP

I just installed 4 gig's of memory, the BIOS see's all 4 gig's, but XP is only using 3 gig's, does XP max out at 3 gig's.

While XP should be able to support 4gb, there is some restriction when you are using the 32-bit version of XP. If you want the support of all 4gb, the only fix I know of is to install XP 64-bit.
