Microsoft And Apple Being Sued

    Oh man, will these companies ever stop suing each other?!

    BTG International, Teleshuttle Corporation and Teleshuttle Technologies announced yesterday that they have filed a lawsuit in Federal Court in the Northern District of California against IT industry giants Microsoft and Apple. The lawsuit charges both Microsoft and Apple with infringement of a particular Teleshuttle Technologies patent concerning "web-enabled software update technologies".

    Hopefully we will all be able to still use Windows Update when this is all over, but don't hold your breath.
