Microsoft SQL Server is "Blocking" XP Upgrade

  1. I was trying to upgrade to Windows XP, and after I ran "Upgrade Advisor," an error came up saying:

Then it lists what is "blocking" the upgrade. It lists "Microsoft SQL Server 7.0." It says I should remove it, but after I went to Add/Remove, I couldn't find anything called MSQL Server 7.0. I can't even think of what MSQL Server would be doing on my computer, and where it came from.

How do I remove Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 and where did it come from? I know its used for databases, but that's all I know. By the way, its a home-computer running Windows 98SE, and its not used for business.

Some program you have installed has uses the MS SQL server component as its backend maybe.
