Microsoft Word delete problem

    Has anyone had any problems with deleting documents and then finding that they have duplicated themselves. When we try to delete a Word document it just seemes to copy itself, even when it is deleted from the recycle bin it does the same. I did wonder if it could be a virus but Norton antivirus is installed and a scan revealed nothing.
    Any suggestions gratefully received,

    Mmm, that does sound a little strange.
