Microsoft's Windows 10 preview build arrives with a huge number of new features

Prove it's 3 clicks.
start menu --> type r --> click "change the screen resolution" from the list
right click empty desktop --> display settings --> advanced display settings

instead of the 2 steps you had on windows 7 you now have 3. congrats on complaining about something this childish.

...and you know what all that means? I don't use Windows support for my OS at all, save updates I never wanted. So the point is when the support ends, nothing changes except that I no longer have to wonder why something in the OS suddenly changed due to an update I never wanted in the first place. As for your opinion of other OS's, that's simply all it is...your opinion.
Except that vulnerabilities keep getting found by hackers.... and when MS stops supporting your version of Windows, that means they no longer get patched... You may not "want" the updates MS foists on you - but you may NEED them...

Pretty much everything in Windows can be customized anyways - if you MUST have some feature that MS has changed, you can probably Google how to get it back...

And as for "turning privacy settings off" -> I believe that's the default Windows option :) Didn't say it was perfect, just that there are workarounds for just about any complaint.

Again, it's more than 3. Nice try though in trying to avoid the challenge.

you are the one who is "challenged" dude.
I literally showed you that instead of 2 clicks you now need 3 to get to the same window you need to change the resolution. what more do you want?
I don't get it... what's with you and this incredible hatred for win 10? all you are doing is nitpicking about stupid things. at least give a legit reason why you would hate it.

So guess what...since MS was supposedly fixing vulnerabilities in XP for 12 years, and Windows 7 was being sold in 2009 and is supported for about as many years, that means that no amount of patches in the next few years is going to fully secure me from whatever "sky is falling" scenarios your worried about. I don't NEED the updates...period. I don't care about the customization and I don't care about turning privacy settings off, as I they shouldn't be an issue in the first place. By the way, it wasn't me who was talking about the privacy settings here, anyway.

What you described is 6 steps. The fact that you can't count suggests I'm not the one who's challenged. Let's count, together, shall we?

1) start menu
2) type
3) click "change the screen resolution" from the list
4) right click empty desktop
5) display settings
6) advanced display settings

Puiu.... the problem is... you're having a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent... you should be more sporting :)

Roberthi - I can't believe I have to explain this to you... but... Puiu gave you TWO different methods of doing what you want... both have 3 steps...

For those of us who can't do math.... 6 divided by 2 equals 3....
