    Well, what kind of issues are you seeing?
    As far as graphical issues make sure you have the most up to date drivers for your video card.

    As far as playability issues make sure you have any anti-virus software disabled and you dont have much else running in the background.

    Here is a Windows XP patch for a safedisk issue with Midtown Madness 1 and 2.
