Mini dumps.......please help

The following have occured over the last couple of weeks, I just built this system and have warranty left on the hardware if these a problem. I would appreciate any assitance.

I am running XP Home sp2, dual core Intel 2800, with 1 gig of DDR2

One minidump is crashed at 7F with BP1 d and this is the symptom of hardware error. Two minidumps are crashed at IRQL x'1c' (ie the clock level IRQL) and it is also the symptom of hardware error. Probably the faulty hardware maybe RAM. CPU or M/B. There have no reliable tool to diagnostic CPU and M/B. Run memtest to stress test the ram.

Here is what I have done since the reply and what is occuring now. I knew the Hard drive had bad sectors, so I replace the drive, reloaded fresh new OS this time XP Pro, and software, did all updates. Ran Memtester86 over night, with no errors. Here is my current list of mini dumps that have occured since replaceing the hard drive. Also want to mention that the system shuts down mid stream periodically.

This is an update since 3/15. I have installed a new power supply, reformatted, re-loaded all software and drivers again, also did a full surface scan of the drive to make sure no damage was done by the previous crashes, ran. Still had problems so I played around with the dual core and dual Ram. I removed one ram chip, tested each individually and had not problems. Also tried each chip seperatly in both slots, I am under the belief that this will utilize both processor cores independently. Now when I put both chips back in place and am using both cores I get the Dumps again. Here is the most current lists. I have, please advise

Was this system ever running stable? If not, replace the motherboard first

Motherboard, processor, Ram and power supply all brand new. I have been having problems since I built it. Replaced the power supply and started over end of last week. Not as many dumps but still shutting down mid stream and I can't see any pattern between activies. Just replaced the Video card today. I am hoping to get a better understanding on what those Dumps are pointing too. Is there a web page that identifies what the codes mean? Or can someone let me know what they are pointing too.
