Mini Dumps that seems sparatic

I have a computer that shuts down sparatically. I have a general idea how to read minidumps but they seem to be all over the place. Because they seemed to be all over the place I suspected the ram and did two tests on the ram. One using Memtest and the other using WinDiag. Both passed with no problem. I let the WinDiag test run 26 passes in the advanced mode. I've updated the video drivers. This problem has happened since I built the computer.

I'm running:
Shuttle SN25P 350Watts PS
AMD 64 3800+ 939 Venice
Seagate Barracuda SATA2 300GB HD
OCZ PC3200 2x512MB DDR400
EVGA G-Force7300 512MB DDR2
Windows XP Pro

Any help is really appreciated!
Thanks

This looks to be a memory problem, either RAM or CPU. As memory testers aren't perfect, try running with just one stick of RAM at a time. Then swap them over, if a) it still crashes, or b) after a period of time where it doesn't crash.
