  1. Hi,
I've done everything it said on the post before posting here. The memory test did't come up with anything.
    Error code 100000d1, parameter1 00000008, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 b9deb858.
Thats the code I get. I would really appreciate it if I could get some help I'm trully stumped. Thanks

What are the specs of your computer?

When system crashes what exactly are you doing on it?

All are 0xD1 errors which are usually caused by bad drivers, but sometimes by failing hardware. In this instance, two crashes was caused by yk51x86.sys (probably your network card driver stack file) and Bit Defender firewall driver.

    Thanks for the reply

    Processor IntelĀ® PentiumĀ® 4 processor 3.2
    Memory DDR2 2GB
    BIOS Flash BIOS
Audio Integrated Realtek ALC880 with AC97 codec supporting 16/20/24-bit PCM format for 7.1 Channel High Definition Audio codecs with UAA (Universal Audio Architecture).
    Video ATI Radeon x600

    Is that what you need?

I'm running uTorrent when it crashes. That's the only thing I can track it back to.

    Thanks again for your help.

PS. Do I have a 32 or 64 bit processor?

Probably, please do not use uTorrent for a while and see whether the system stays stable. I have no idea, you can check that with CPUz, please also attach its report with your next post, you can create report by going to About tab of CPUz, and saving it in text format or HTML format. Regards
