I have been getting alot of blue screens on a clients machine. Unfortunitly i did not setup this whole office but here are some dump files. i tried to look into this with windbg but i dont have time to learn it at this point. i did notice a modem.sys near bottom of report and also a Unable to load image ntoskrnl.exe, Win32 error 2

I noticed a lot of "unable to verify timestamp for "..... . ...."

Have you installed all the latest MS patches from windows update?

Tried reinstalling modem drivers?

of course reinstalling windows might help. sorry im not an expert on debugging.

serial.sys and vsdatant.sys are causing the crashes. Uninstall ZoneAlarm and try a different software firewall, update Windows and see if you continue to get blue screens.
