Mircrosoft Word 2003 Error

hello,
i keep getting this error on Word 2003 when i open it.

"Changes have been made that affect the global template, Normal.dot. Do you want to save those changes?"

Been saying NO, because i dont want to overwrite anything

i checked the templates and add-ins thinking there might be 2 Normal.dat. but there is only one.

Any other ideas?

Do this....in Word go to Tools>Options>click on 'Save' tab. See if the 'Prompt to save Normal template' box is checked. If so uncheck it.

Tried what you suggested, but it wasn't checked.

Got to Google and see what you can find. I am sure you will find something that will help you correct this issue.

Just get out of Word, delete normal.dot and go back into Word. It then automatically creates a new normal.dot in the correct directory.
