Missing ctrl+s or F4

I have :
Motherboard Asus P5PL2
RAID controller - Sweex Sil3112
Hitachi 2x250 GB

Installed drivers and Java SATARaid tool. Only thing that I can´t access to BIOS to create RAID set - Missing ctrl+s or F4

What is wrong?

What do you mean by "missing" ctrl+s or F4? You don't have these keys on your keyboard? Hint: there is no ctrl+s key

Missing during the POST line when I have to Press ctrl+s or F4 to enter raid setup

To enter bio try [F2] or [F4] or [DEL] even if it doesnt say anything about it, one of those should get you into it.
