Missing partition

    win xp sp2 machine with a maxtor 200gig hd its partitioned into 5 chunks the issue is all of the partitions are recognized and 4 out of the 4 are useable one of the partions when you try to open it crashes to the desktop i can download and install to it and use any programs that have been installed to it i just cant get it to open as i said it crashes back to the desktop no error no blue screen nothing.
