Mobo. Processor. Cooling?

I've decided I'm going with an ASrock X99 Fatal1ty mobo. It's going to be combined with an i7 5820k processor. I'm looking for cooling suggestions. I'd like to go water cooled, an H 90 is my thought. Is there something better that will keep my cpu Temps down better? Or should I just stick with the h 90?
