Mobo

hey guys..i have a mobo has no beeps .
fan on cpu works but thats it..nothing on the monitor. first i tried to change the vga card..nothing..i changed the memory.nothing.
i reste the bios ..nothing ....so now i am down to cpu or mobo..which one could be bad..how can i tell .before i go spend money on something thats not damaged..any suggentions

Have you got another mobo/cpu that you can swap it for?

if so, try that.
