Modem Conncetion

How can I use my Verizon FIOS-G1100 modem that I now own, with My UBEE TWC Model DVW32CB so I can eliminate the $10.00 charge?

The UBEE TWC Model DVW32CB is a VoIP enabled, not sure the FIOS-G110 is, but regardless, the device to which the ISP connects *MUST* be VoIP enabled - - as I understand. --- ANYONE??
