Hi, i cant get my monitor to work when i plug it into my graphics card. its an ATI Radeon 9600 128MB or something like that. I previously had 512MB of RAM, and i went and got 2 sticks of 512 today, i installed them, plugged everything back up....and my monitor wouldnt turn on, it worked fine before, but now it doesnt. so i plugged it into my onboard card and it works fine. Checked all my specs and it says everything is fine, and doesnt say anything at all about my ATI card. Not enough power to it? it worked with 2 sticks of 256MB but wont work with 2 sticks of 512MB.

i have:
compaq presario s4020wm
AMD Athlon 2400+ 2.0GHz
992 RAM
if you need more info on my system please say so.

**** Ahahahaha! I dont know what was wrong, but i took my graphics card out, saw ALLLLL kinds of dust, blew it out, put the card back in making absolutly sure it was in right....and turned out it works now. Im asumming some dust got stuck in the AGP port its in. ****
