Hey haven't been around in a while but have a quest about my LCD monitor hope this is the right place or someonen can help. I bought a monitor a while ago and about 8 months after getting it it started turning off. The power light was still on but the display goes black. I turn it off and then back on and it will work for a bit....never more then 20 minutes usually only about 2 minutes. What could be the cause of this and is it fixable or do i need to just tup and buy a new monitor...which i dont have money to do haah.

I had one it now is dead, it's still can be sent back to get repaired or replace. But it's a not easy too.. I'll just buy another brand...

For you LCD panel might be good but the controller for running it might be bad. If you know who makes it give the tech support a call they might be able to help you out. In my case the person on the phone was clueless..
