What brand is your motherboard?
On the motherboard, there should be letters next to the pins.

OK. You put the first plug in the third set of pins, the second plug in the fourth, the third plug to the first and the fourth plug to the second pair...
We can't possibly tell you what plug goes where since the wires and the pins are in your computer case and if you can't fingure it out while being there then we sure as hell can't figure it out from here.

I guess the link below will help. It took my 10 seconds to find this info by using google and as Nodsu said intel website providing every information for your board. You just need to visit the site and read the paper.
