Motherboard + Hidden Images

I saw this programme once on television about a couple of guys that were looking for Tiny hidden images on Motherboards (like. Bart simpson, fred flintstone etc. etc.)

I looked everywhere on the internet to find something about hidden small images on motherboards but couldnt find any. Can someone help me out?

My understanding, it's called micro grafitti

If I remember right you'd need a very strong microscope to see them.
They are in the micro circutery. Like on the chip or chip set it's self.
Most of the images are only half the size of the head of a straight pin,
or smaller. (update, they are less than half the diameter of hair)
