Motherboard power problems

hello the fan on my motherboard turns on however all the components do not such as my vga, usb, network port, keyboard or mouse etc


please help

windows vista home prem, 3 gb ram, 250hdd

I'm a bit confused here... If you insist that the "pc powers on and so do the network drive and the hhd and the front usb and d drive" then it has to be the motherboard, right?

hello yeah i believe the motherboard has just packed up on me, i was hoping a quicker way of fixing it rather than replacing the motherboard
