Hello.
I have a post on the other forum about RAM upgrades but the topic of it has changed so i thought this forum would be more appropriate for where it is headed.
I recently bought extra RAM not knowing an awful lot about motherboards and computers in general i thought i could buy RAM and simply stick it in the motherboard and it makes my computer go faster..how wrong i was. Anyway as i discovered my motherboard only supports the use of 2 of the 4 RAM slots at any given time. Now i have extra RAM and nothing to do with it
Which motherboard would be best suited for the following computer spec.
Pentium 4 3.2GHZ
Nvidia 6600 GT 128MB
4x512MB RAM (Corsair Value Select)
Windows XP
Preferrably with room to expand as i dont really want to buy another motherboard for a while.
Thx Necrosjef.
