moved pc to diff port on switch can't connect to other pc's

I moved a machine from one port to another on a switch
I have done this before with no problems
no it seems it lists my router as a server ( it's not)
it lets me see the workgroup ,but will not let me in ,I tried to change the permisions that did not work made a new network connection that did not work
I cannot delete the router server icon??
if I can find it I will post the capture of network config

found my main machine see's the moved pc fine
back at moved machine
went to conections and added network user
with the user as a email id and password now I can get in to main machine
I don't like this
as when I log in as user and not admin I can still get to machine without password
cannot find anything on this router thing
and I did a ipconfig /all shows network as unidentified and no ip address listed for nic I have the nic set as static ip ??
