Depends on what you were using before. For strange reasons, the bookmarks are in hidden locations with most browsers. The easiest thing is to have Opera do it. So that is where I would direct my first request.
Otherwise, you may have to use a free download you can find with a Gurgle search to move them over.
This help often comes at a cost, as there are few good systems that are free... but using a software programs is often a more quick and satisfactory solution that stumbling around doing it yourself.
