   Ogg Directshow filter http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Ogg_DirectShow_Filters.htm for .ogg files
   
   and Haali media splitter http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/codecs_and_filters/haalimediasplitter.cfm for .mkv and .mp4 files
   
   You can use whatever video player software you want with these software. I recommend Media Player Classic.
