MP4 TO WMV Assistance

Hey fellow techspotters. I need to convert an MP4 file into a wmv file or even a dvd file. I cant find any converters, only ones which convert wmv to mp4 but I need it the other way round. If anyone can find me a link or suggest a converter I would be grateful.

Depending on the source you may not be able to. mp4 often is DRM'd so you aren't allowed to do what you want with it.
