Sub:MS FPS4.0 Graphics.Lib-Reg.

I cant find MS FPS4.0 Graphics.Lib to build an Exe file at the time of compilation.One MSFORT5.0 Graphics.Lib added to this.That is not working.Where it is available?Displayed error is no specific generation to settextposition.I tried Include Fgraph.fd,Fgrapg.fi,MSFLIB.90 and also header files.How can I solve this problem in MS FPS4.0?
