I noticed on my IPS's bandwidth-tracking page for it's customers that I've been leaking upload bandwidth. I got BitMeter and it's showing me that I'm using up my upload to the tune of 3GB per day on idle.
Now knowing what to do, I tried killing processes one at a time to see which one was causing this, and it was MS Outlook. When I kill the process, my upload flatlines. My problem is that I use Outlook constantly for scheduling and e-mail (from Hotmail).
If anyone could explain to me what is going on and help me fix this, I would be very grateful.
