I have set many rules within my outlook to route emails into specific folders. When it routes the email, it also leaves the original email in the inbox so I have duplicates of the same email.
I forward all my emails with my real estate email extension into a "Real Estate" folder. I also set a rule to place an autogenerated email I receive into another specific folder ( a subfolder of the "RE" folder). These also have the real estate email extension. So my auto generated emails are appearing in the "RE" folder AND the autogen folder. Obviously the two rules are conflicting causing duplicates. Is there a way to have one rule trump another rule? Any suggestions?
