How come when i go to run and do msconfig the hour glass pops up but the window does not?

How long does this go for? I know on slow PC's, it can take upto 5 minutes for it to load.

It does not pop up period but this is not a slow computer.

I just put in a new hard drive is that it?

That problem is often caused by spyware.

Should i reinstall the the drivers on my computer because i remeber doing the drive compy some files did not go and i remember seeing drivers.
